In 2000, New Hampshire received HRSA SPG funds to research insurance in the state using the employer and household survey. Combining the survey research with focus groups, New Hampshire's Advisory Committee came to a consensus on the need for action to improve insurance coverage and reviewed and considered several different strategies.
