State and Federal Experiences in Auto-Enrollment
This session will focus on state and federal experiences with implementing auto-enrollment strategies. We will look at states' experiences with “ Express Lane Eligibility” and auto-enrolling children, and will learn about how Massachusetts is using auto-enrollment to enroll individuals in their new Commonwealth Care product. We will also examine the federal-state experience of auto-enrolling individuals in the Medicare Part D low-income subsidy program.
